Because our setting encompasses the entire known world as well as many other planes, there are many places your adventurer can come from, and be located in. Each country has their own culture, as well as views on the many species and classes available in this setting.

Certain countries have prescribed adventurers' guilds that your character can be from, but there are many alternate routes to adventuring, such as the thieves guild, private contractors, and acting as a member of a country's military.
